Dr. Novita Widyastuti Sugeng, S.ST.Par., M.Si.Par., is an academic and tourism practitioner with more than 33 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage management, entrepreneurship, and tourism destination development. She currently serves as Vice Rector III for Cooperation, Marketing, Career Development, and Alumni Affairs at the Trisakti Institute of Tourism, Indonesia. In addition to her roles as a lecturer and researcher, she has extensive experience in community engagement and sustainable tourism village development, including serving as Project Manager of the Sungsang IV Village Development Program in Banyuasin, South Sumatra. She has also worked as an ecotourism village mentor, supporting destinations such as Cibuntu Tourism Village, West Java, in its successful journey to recognition as a UNWTO Best Tourism Village, including the development of coffee farming into a coffee-based educational ecotourism attraction. Her areas of expertise include rural tourism, sustainable tourism, Halal tourism, community-based tourism, MSME empowerment, and capacity building for tourism destination communities.

Devi Kausar is Professor of Tourism and Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, Universitas Pancasila, Indonesia. She earned her PhD from Nagoya University, Master’s from Curtin University, and Bachelor’s from Padjadjaran University. Her workt focuses on sustainable tourism, heritage preservation, disaster preparedness, and community resilience. She has led collaborative research and advisory projects, taught internationally, and serves in tourism associations and editorial boards across Asia and beyond.

Dr. Suci Sandi Wachyuni, S.TP., M.M., CHE, is an Assistant Professor, researcher, and academic leader in tourism and ehospitality at Sahid Polytechnic, Indonesia. She holds a doctoral degree in Tourism Studies from Universitas Gadjah Mada and currently serves as Head of the Applied Master's Program in Tourism Planning and Development and Head of the Bachelor's Program in Tourism Business. With over 15 years of experience as an educator, researcher, and trainer, she has collaborated extensively with government agencies, tourism villages, women entrepreneurs, and local communities to promote sustainable and community-based tourism development. Dr. Wachyuni has led numerous research projects in tourism, gastronomy, and community development, while serving as a reviewer and editor for national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed publications. Her research interests include gastronomy tourism, sustainable tourism, tourism marketing, and local community empowerment.
