Sustainable Luxury Services in Hospitality
This webinar invites the former CEO of one of the largest hotel chains in Portugal and an internationally reputable academic to discuss how luxury can be developed sustainably. The panel has been working to revamp luxury worldwide. Luxury is engrained in a certain prejudice, as this concept has been presented as lavish and outrageous behavior that is far from being perceived as sustainable. The panel is here to dismantle this prejudice and bring up a very sustainable version of luxury tourism, mixing academic and industry perspectives.
