Dr Shiva Ilkhani Zadeh is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at Bournemouth University Business School, where she leads the MRes/MPhil programme. She is also a member of the Centre for Sustainable Business Transformation at Bournemouth University. She holds a PhD in Tourism Management and is a UKCGE Recognised Research Supervisor with extensive experience in teaching, doctoral supervision, and research. Her research interests are in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and leadership, particularly within tourism, hospitality, and service organisations. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, co-edited a scholarly volume on managing overtourism, and serves on the editorial boards of several academic journals. |

Noel Scott, PhD is Professor at Dili Institute of Tourism, Timor Leste and Adjunct Professor of Tourism Management at Edith Cown University, Australia. His research interests include the study of tourism experiences, and destination management and marketing. He is a frequent speaker at academic and industry conferences. He has over 300 academic publications including 22 books. He has supervised 30 doctoral students to successful completion of their theses. He is on the Editorial Board of 10 journals, a member of the International Association of China Tourism Scholars and a Fellow of the Council for Australasian Tourism and Hospitality Education. |

Dr. Faizan Ali is an Established Professor of Marketing at the J.E. Cairnes School of Business & Economics, University of Galway. His research and teaching lie at the intersection of marketing, consumer behavior, hospitality, and tourism, with a particular focus on the role of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, service robots, and generative AI. He has published over 130 peer-reviewed journal articles, authored books and book chapters, and received international recognition as a Highly Cited Researcher (2022, 2023). His work has been featured in leading journals across marketing, management, and hospitality, and he currently serves on the editorial boards of several top-tier journals. |

Asim Batwa, is a PhD student at Bournemouth University. His research focuses on sustainability , nudging and consumer behaviour. He previously worked as a lecturer in Management Information Systems and holds a master’s degree in Knowledge and Information Systems Management. His work is informed by a human-centred approach to technology, emphasising the importance of understanding human needs, emotions, and experiences in the design and use of effective digital solutions. |
