$Prof. Dr. İbrahim Birkan was born in 1953. He graduated from the Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences in 1974. He completed his master\'s degrees in Marketing and Finance at the same institution in 1975 and 1976, respectively. From 1977 to 1979, he pursued a master\'s degree in Tourism Management at the University of Massachusetts in the U.S. He obtained his doctorate in International Marketing from Marmara University in 1984.Throughout his career, İbrahim Birkan has held managerial positions in the tourism sector while also engaging in academic work. From 1975 to 2015, he served as General Manager and Coordinator in the tourism industry in both the U.S. and Turkey. He has worked part-time at Boğaziçi University, Bilkent University, and Başkent University. Since 2015, he has been the Head of the Department of Tourism Management at Atılım University.$	Ibrahim Birkan Panelist
$Prof. Ebru Gunlu KUCUKALTAN has a Ph.D. in tourism and is currently works at the Faculty of Business, Dokuz Eylul University, Turkey. She is currently the Acting Dean of Tourism Faculty. Her primary research areas are in the application of management theories and behavioural sciences to the hospitality field as well as the moral considerations surrounding women\'s and animals\' rights in the travel industry. Among many of her publications, her co-authored papers on crisis management and on workplace friendship in travel agencies were awarded with the best paper awards at international conferences, while her co-authored book chapter with Prof.Fevzi Okumuş, \$	Ebru Gunlu Kucuklatan Panelist
$Dr. Uysal, Ph.D., is a Provost Professor and Carney Family Endowed Professor in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He served as department chair from August 2016 to August 2023. Currently, Dr. Uysal is serving as the president of the International Academy for the Study of Tourism and a fellow of the Academy of Leisure Sciences. Dr. Uysal has authored and co-authored numerous scholarly articles, five monographs, and sixteen books. He is widely recognized for his contributions, receiving over thirty awards for research, international education, teaching excellence, and lifetime achievements. From 2021 to 2024, Dr. Uysal was listed among the top 1% of the world\'s most highly cited researchers by Clarivate Analytics.
