Albert Kimbu​
Dr. Albert N. Kimbu is the Director of Postgraduate Research and Senior Lecturer in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Surrey, UK. He is also the co-founder of the Gender, Entrepreneurship and Social Policy Institute (GESPi) and a Senior Research Associate with the School of Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa. His research on gender and development-led entrepreneurship and inclusive development in tourism has been funded by various Research Council grants and published in leading tourism management journals including Tourism Management, Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, and Tourism Planning and Development. His expertise on these topics is also regularly sought by the UNWTO.
